2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders up to ₹5,000. COD is available for select pin codes, and a small handling fee may apply.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
We deliver to most locations in India within 3–7 business days. You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
4. What payment methods do you accept?

5. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are dispatched. Please contact us at innocrazestore@gmail.com or call us at +91 XXXXX XXXXX immediately if you wish to make changes.
6. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we have a strict no-return policy for toys. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 3 days of delivery with images, and we will handle replacements or refunds on a case-by-case basis.
7. My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at innocrazestore@gmail.com within 3 working days with photos of the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after reviewing the case.
8. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within India only. We are working on expanding our shipping options soon!
9. Are your RC toys safe for kids?
Yes, all our toys meet safety standards and are made from high-quality, non-toxic materials. However, we recommend adult supervision for RC toys and products with small parts.
10. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details. You can also track your order directly from our website under the "Track Order" section.
